If you have no water at all, call. It is the fastest path and we will talk you through a couple of checks on the phone before anyone drives out.
Questions we get every week
- How fast can you get here?
- No-water calls are our first priority and we aim for same-day or next-day dispatch. Pressure and quality issues are usually scheduled within a few days.
- Do I need a new pump or just a repair?
- Often just a switch, tank or wiring fault. We test before we pull anything, and we tell you what we found either way.
- Why do the prices show as ranges?
- Depth, pump size, wire length and access change the cost. The ranges here are what similar jobs normally land at — your exact number comes after we look.
- Do you work on wells you did not drill?
- Yes. Most of our pump and water-system work is on existing wells drilled by someone else.
