When you run the Project Planner, request a service call, book a consultation or create a portal account, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address and whatever you tell us about your property and water system.

When you look up a property, we send that address to mapping and public well-record services so we can return the recorded wells around it. Those records are public data published by Idaho and Washington state agencies.

Our website also records ordinary technical information — pages visited, browser type, approximate region — so we can keep the site working.

To prepare estimates and planning ranges, schedule and perform work, invoice you, keep your project records, and follow up about your water system. If you ask us a question, we use your contact details to answer it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business — scheduling, payment processing, document signing, mapping and email delivery — and only to the extent they need it to do that job, or when the law requires it.

Driller’s logs, well reports, pump specifications, water-quality results and job photos are kept as part of your permanent project record and made available in your customer portal. Well construction reports are also filed with the state as required by law, where they become public record.

If you give us your phone number, we may text or call you about your estimate, scheduling or an active job. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in the message.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call or email us and we will take care of it.
